We do this by operating as a national “multibank” — receiving surplus and unsold goods from retailers, manufacturers and distributors, and ensuring they reach individuals, families and communities facing genuine need.

We:

• Collect, store and manage donated surplus goods
   
• Redistribute essential items directly to individuals and families in need
   
• Supply registered charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations who support vulnerable people
   
• Responsibly realise the value of certain donated goods, where appropriate, to generate funds that are reinvested into poverty relief
   

Every item and every pound is applied solely in furtherance of our charitable purpose: the relief of poverty within the UK.

Multibank Donations UK is an independent registered charity.

We are funded through a combination of:

• donations from individuals and organisations
   
• partnerships with responsible commercial operators
   
• income generated through the responsible realisation of donated goods
   

From time to time, we may be selected as a charity partner by independent platforms and organisations, who choose to support our mission through donations or fundraising activity.

These partnerships are structured to ensure that:

• Any partner operates separately and does not form part of the charity
